Out of Egypt I Called My Son

Out of Egypt I Called My Son

Why is it that Christendom continues to dwell in Egypt when Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt and spoke to the people the words of YHWH who commanded them to leave the idols of Egypt behind?

Why is it that Israel carried those idols with them and forged a golden calf in the shadow of Mr. Sinai while God was uttering 10 Living Words to Moses their prophet?

Why does the House of Israel today, Christendom, spurn the Living Words of Jesus, the Logos who gave Moses the Law, and bow down to their calves as it was in Beth-Aven <house of wickedness>, Gilgal <wheel> and Bethel <house of God>?

In recent posts we have established the spirit and role of the 2 witnesses of Revelation, as well as prominent features of their activity. How reasonable to conclude that the endtime Moses will be there to lead the House of Israel, aka the body of Christ [also body of Moses] out of Egypt [and Assyria] i.e. out of sin [and death]? If that is true and if our recent sabbath study [available in audio file soon] does establish well that the genealogy given in Matthew is more of a message to end time disciples [referring to the lineage inherent in the indwelling Christ], then wouldn’t it make sense for Matthew to be using the quote from Hosea 11:1, “Out of Egypt I called My son” to be addressed to end time disciples?

Yes it would. In fact, that statement is addressed to Christians. Christians today are born in “a city” that is spiritually called Egypt and Sodom (Rev. 11:8), that city being the fractal of this global society which is everywhere the same, everywhere being composed of people born in slavery to sin. Let’s examine the Hosea quote in context.

When Israel was a youth I loved him, and out of Egypt I called my son.

The more He called them, they more they went from them [the prophets].

They kept sacrificing to the Baals, and burning incense to idols. (Hosea 11:1-2)

By paying close attention to the features of Hebrew poetry which includes understanding of the Key of David, which is the presentation of thought in couplets, physical and spiritual, the reader is drawn to the understanding that the “out of Egypt” portion is in the spiritual position, and therefore it is a spiritual calling of a spiritual people.

Another feature of language and literature, and particularly of scripture and God’s addresses to His people, lies in the dual referent of many terms, meaning that the words, or ‘linguistic signifiers,’ do have more than one reference or ‘signified.’ ‘Israel’ is a prime example of this, and a reminder that words are always contextual. Changing context can change the meaning and reference of a word. First, Israel signified Jacob, the new name God gave him, after a long night of struggle, where he contended with God until victory. Then Israel signified the people who were tribes descended from Jacob who made an exodus out of Egypt. After the kingdom split, Israel became the tribes of the northern kingdom, and often equated with Ephraim. Under that latter name, which means ‘first fruits,’ the name ‘Israel’ came to signify the end time people of God, the House of Israel, which were to be the called out ones, the faithful of Messiah. In Messiah, those of the house of Jacob, the remnant Judeans, and those of Joseph, another metonym for the Israel of the nations, were to become one people, one stick in His hand.

For this reason, the reader needs to look at ‘Egypt’ and remember that historically it may be a place, but God also uses it to refer to a mindset that is analogous to the array represented by the Egyptian pantheon, perhaps a cluster of divinities in the rebellion against the true God; a host of heaven who have been judged and shall be cast down. We see evidences of this Egyptian pantheon throughout our society today, from the Washington monument, to the masonic secret orders, and at length to the LDS church which is at its heart an initiatory system that resembles Egyptian religion; and that is in the words of one of the top Mormon scholars, Hugh Nibley. [Look for a more in-depth examination to come soon, The Gods of Egypt , which also will explain why Israel would have made a calf and thought it was the God who delivered them from Egypt. This is analogous to the mistake made in churches today. ] Even elements of Catholic and protestant churches bear traces of Egyptian religion, with the notion of the Queen of Heaven, once seen in the figure of Isis and often in Hathor, transferred over to Mary, the mother of Jesus. In Mariolatry, we have worship of the Queen of Heaven again, though a number of YHWH’s prophets excoriated Israel for such idolatry.

And so Hosea must resound his exhortation once more, “Out of Egypt I have called my son.” That son refers to any first-born son of God, to any man or woman born of spirit, who needs to come out of Egypt and make a journey to the promised land.

It is in the journey that faith is tried. Abraham’s faith was tested and it was counted as righteousness to him; for in believing the Lord, he also acted on his belief, thus confirming his faith by his works.

What are your golden calves, O Christian? Examine your heart to see. Israel called on YHWH but also worshiped foreign gods. In our society, the golden calf is the work fashioned with one’s own hands. People place their own crafts, their own projects, their businesses, their soccer games, their desires, before god. We are a world of a thousand gods, and in that way a perfect image of Egypt. Of course, this world is Babylon as well. Also, the people of earth are being conquered by the King of Greece, with all of his preferred faces of rebellion, viz. food, sex, self-rule [democracy], philosophy, and like Egypt, a god for everything.

In receiving numerous converts, the early church in Asia minor also absorbed the thought-forms of the Greek mystery schools and thus the cross-fertilization of Egyptian and Greek wisdom became part of the warp and woof of Christian theology and doctrine. Many of the Coptic Christian sects were gnostic in the sense of that complex of Greek mystery religions, combined with the Egyptian pantheon, all placed under the dominion of Christ Jesus as the Logos. Unfortunately, the gods of the aeons, the Archons, or Rulers, were shuffled into the mix in ways that detracted from the greatly diversified wisdom of God spoken by Christ Himself.

The Greeks won, philosophically, and Christianity was imprinted with Aegypto-Grecian elements of belief, such as the immortality of the soul. This philosophical belief has thoroughly corrupted the foundation of Christianity which proclaims Christ as the Redeemer, and one who gives life to those who follow Him. How is He that very same Christ when one is born with an immortal soul? When you go to Aunt Maude’s funeral at the church, how is Christ present if Aunt Maude is already smiling down from heaven?

To come out of Egypt, O Christian, you must disabuse yourself of the notion that you are born with an immortal soul. If you hold this, then you do NOT proclaim Jesus Christ come in the flesh, but make Him a liar, and you are an anti-Christ. To come out of Egypt, each disciple must circumcise his or her own heart and become meek, become submissive to the Lord, just as Moses was the meekest among men on the face of the earth. After all, don’t we proclaim the words of the Savior, “blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth?”

This writer can speak with authority on this very subject because this writer has seen the gods of Egypt at work, and believe it, they are at work. Examine Masonic teaching, examine the New Age, examine quasi-Christian fellowships that mix in the gods of Egypt and call on them. We have been eyewitness to this in the 21st century, and though the gods of Egypt are under judgment, they are coming back to herd up their following. Are you aware of government programs to contact ‘The Nine,’ considered to be the Ennead of Egypt and understood by some devotees to be the governors of this galactic region? Yes, CIA operations were involved. Yes, ‘channels’ and mind control experts were involved. It continues to this day.

If it were all passe and not germane to our study, then why would Isaiah lay out the judgement some 700 years after the Lord said to Moses, “against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments — I Am YHWH.” (Ex. 12:12)

No it is not completed. It has been done physically at the time of the Exodus, but it awaits fulfillment spiritually. Isaiah chapter 19 presents the oracle concerning Egypt, an oracle we are beginning to see in our time.

Behold, YHWH is riding on a swift cloud, and is about to come to Egypt; The idols of Egypt will tremble at His presence, and the heart of Egyptians will melt within them. “So I will incite Egyptians against Egyptians; and they will each fight against his brother, and each against his neighbor. City against city, kingdom against kingdom. The the spirit of the Egyptians will be demoralized within them; And I will confound their strategy, so that they will resort to idols and ghosts of the dead, and to mediums and spiritists. [Sounds like the state of the New Age and Masonic orders today.] Moreover, I will deliver the Egyptians into the hand of a cruel master, and a mighty king will rule over them,” declares the Lord God of Hosts. And the waters from the sea will dry up, and the river will be parched and dry. And the canals will emit a stench, the streams of Egypt will thin out and dry up; the reeds and rushes will rot away. . . . And the pillars will be crushed; all the hired laborers will be grieved in soul. . . . YHWH has mixed within her a spirit of distortion; They have led Egypt astray in all that it does, as a drunken man staggers in his vomit. And there will be no work for Egypt which its hear or tail, palm branch or bulrush, may do.

Isaiah 19:1-6, 10, 14-15

Does it look remotely true that this has occurred already? Of course not. It would be more likely that this might occur when the 2 witnesses stop up the skies and rain ceases for 42 months. In that day, we can imagine the mighty Nile river becoming “parched and dry.”

With the trembling of idols are we to understand mere trinkets shaking in the marketplace? Or should we be understanding that the physical desolation of Egypt will be the prelude to the spiritual destruction of their gods. Just as Satan is wrathful in being cast to earth, for “he knows his time is short,” so the gods of Egypt will tremble because they too know their days are numbered in the local heavens, in Orion [Osiris], Sirius [isis], and in Aldebaran [Taurus]. These constellations in Taurus held great reverence for the Egyptians as the homes of their gods. Are they the homes of the gods of the lower heavens?

Yes, the wild bulls will be brought down, and a sacrifice has been ordained by the Lord as a great sacrifice on the mountains of Israel (Ezek. 39:17-18). This is the Third Passover, when the mighty men, the gods of Egypt become the feast of flesh and blood, paid as ransom, for the sons of God delivered.

In ancient Judah and Israel, Baals meant ‘lords.’ Worshiping the Baals referred to all gods of the nations, be they Egyptian, Babylonian, Persian, or Canaanite. It was all harlotry. It was all idolatry. The prophet Zephaniah proclaimed the judgment on Judah in the days of Josiah’s reforms, before the exile to Babylon. But the words are written for our sake (1Pet.1:12), and the referents are dual, not just the land of Judah, and not just the Baals of that time, but to those caught in the Baals of the modern world.

Zephaniah 1 is truly an end time pronouncement, a reality beheld when viewing the chapter as a whole. In reference to the sacrifice of the ‘priests of Baal’ (cf. 1 Kings 18) and those who bow down to the host of heaven and yet “swear to YHWH” (Zeph. 1:5), is it not as applicable to the Judah of today, to the Jerusalem of violence that can be called Christendom? Indeed, it is.

So I will stretch out my hand against Judah and against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and I will cut off the remnant of Baal from this place, the names of the idolatrous priests along with the priests. And those who bow down on the house tops to the host of heaven and those who bow down and swear to YHWH and swear by Milcom, and those who have turned back from following YHWH, and those who have not sought YHWH or inquired of Him. Be silent before the Lord YHWH! For the day of YHWH is near, For YHWH has prepared a sacrifice, He has consecrated His guests. “Then it will come about on the day of YHWH’s sacrifice, that I will punish the princes, the king’s sons, And all who clothe themselves with foreign garments.” And I will punish on that day all who leap on the temple threshold, who fill the house of the Lord with violence and deceit. (Zeph. 1:4-8)

Whether Egypt or Babylon, the circumcised of heart, the end time House of Israel, are enjoined from putting any gods before Him. Whether calling on Archangel Michael [another way to call on the host of heaven] or mixing in the gods of Egypt into some super pantheon of gods under the true God, it does not square with the Lord’s pronouncements. The profane cannot be mixed with the sacred. That is the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and it leads to death.

Christians, you are called out of Egypt. This writer was called out of Egypt, literally among those who respected the gods under judgment. We are not to go on our housetops and call on the host of heaven. We are not to go on the rooftop of Capitol Records and greet the ETs. Everyone saw how well that works out. No, we are called as sons, every man and woman in His body, to come out of Egypt, and to go into Judea, the journey of faith, and thence unto Jerusalem, the heavenly city which awaits. And as you come out of Egypt, leave the idols behind, the work of your hands, and your dual allegiances with the angels and host of heaven. And come out of Egypt in the church, do not worship the Queen of Heaven, under any guise of name. To do so, is idolatry and to be unfaithful to your husband who re-purchased you from sin [Egypt] and death [Assyria].

You have been called out of Egypt. And soon will come the Second Passover, and there will be no more covering, it will be the day of your liberation. Blow a horn in Zion, for the day of the Lord is near. Awake, Awake. Keep the Lord’s Passover that you may be covered when He comes. He who is calling you is Faithful and True.

Out of Egypt I Called My Son

  1. When a son is born, he comes out head first, then body. Time passes between when the head passes until the body comes out, then he is born being one person, head and body.

Christ Jesus, as our head, has passed from this physical world called Babylon as a Passover sacrifice, and He awaits to when His body passes from Babylon so that He is “ONE”. The head was without blemish, the dead body (church) is blemished, so the Second Passover was for those who touched a dead body. The reason for the Second Passover.

This firstborn son has consecrated (redeemed by sacrifice) Himself (John 17:19) and now awaits His body to unite with Him being “one”.
